How to run it

  1. 01

Warm up thoroughly — this session goes from zero to redline fast.

  2. 02

Complete all eight rounds of one movement before rotating to the next.

  3. 03

Chase clean reps over speed. If form falls apart, slow down rather than stop.

  4. 04

Use the ten-second breaks to breathe, reset your feet, and nothing else.

  5. 05

Walk it off for five minutes when you are done; do not sit straight down.
